「伊豆の踊子」と言えば、川端康成が書いた小説として有名ですが、今年の集英社文庫フェア「ナツイチ」の企画で 「ジョジョの奇妙な冒険」の作者である荒木飛呂彦さんが表紙を描くそうです。
ちなみに伊豆の踊り子とは、湯ヶ島、天城峠を越えて下田に向かう旅芸人一座と道連れになった、孤独に悩む青年の淡い恋と旅情を描いた作品で、 過去、6回も映画化されている人気作品です。
最近では、ジョジョ芸人の登場で一般的に人気があがっている「ジョジョ」。ファンならば買うべきでしょうね。
そのほかにも、「地獄変」（芥川龍之介）と「こころ」（夏目漱石）を「DEATH NOTE」の小畑健さん。 「汚れちまつた悲しみに......」（中原中也）の表紙を「I'll」の浅田弘幸さんが描いているそうです。
