釘宮病で知られる？釘宮理恵さんが登場するアニメです。
内容は、平凡な高校生・平賀才人はある日突然、異世界ハルケギニアに召喚されてしまう。彼をこの世界に召喚したのは、トリステイン魔法学院の生徒でありながら魔法の才能がまるで無い「ゼロのルイズ」こと、ルイズ・フランソワーズ・ル・ブラン・ド・ラ・ヴァリエールだった。
失敗とはいえ、召喚の儀式によって呼び出された才人は、「使い魔」としてルイズと契約のキスを交わす。すると、才人の左手には使い魔の証である契約のルーンが浮かび上がった。こうして、ルイズと「犬」扱いされる才人との奇妙な同居生活と冒険が始まった。
登場人物や物語内で発生する事件などは、多くを『ダルタニャン物語』から取っている。それゆえ登場人物名も、ブルボン朝期の人物にちなむものが多い。
