人気アニメ「マクロスF」は最終回放送時に、劇場アニメの制作が発表された。
タイトルは「劇場版マクロスF 虚空歌姫 ～イツワリノウタヒメ～」で、劇場公開日は2009年11月21日になるようだ。
6月26日発売の「マクロスエース（マクロスA） Vol.002」にて発表されているとのこと。
同作品の紹介では「歌で銀河が救えるわけないでしょ」と刺激的な文言が並んでいる。
前売り販売は6月27日からとの事。
